Who Marshal Fraiden's Office Serves

Marshal Fraiden’s office works with attorneys, law firms, judgment creditors, landlords, property owners, managing agents, property managers, businesses and representatives with proper documentation. As with all New York City Marshals, our office is only authorized to work inside of New York City’s five boroughs.

Additional Authorized Functions

These may include orders of seizure and recovery of chattels, utility meter recovery matters (including approved work involving Con Edison) and vehicle enforcement matters involving booting, towing and related New York City processes.
